BiSeal 0630 is factory pre-applied below the head of the fastener and arrives dry to the touch and ready for use. During installation of the fastener, the material collects in the thread path and under the head of the fastener to close off any openings that may allow the passage of fluids or contaminants. Because BiSeal is a non-reactive wax, it requires no cure time and seals immediately on assembly.

BiSeal 0630 is a wax based material designed to seal sheet metal holes upon installation of the coated fastener. Highly effective on self-tapping screws in thin metal where typical sealants would not have enough thread engagement or material thickness to properly seal.
