ND Microspheres Acrylic Series products contain a microencapsulated activator that is suspended in a quick-curing, resin. The force of thread engagement crushes the microscopic capsules, releasing the activator and allowing it to mix with the resin. The resulting chemical reaction rapidly bonds the surfaces, locking the parts together and sealing off leak paths. ND Microspheres Acrylic Series is water-based, which makes the product environmentally friendly.

    ND Microspheres Acrylic Series threadlocking products are microencapsulated, room-temperature-curing adhesives which can be pre-applied to male or female threaded fasteners of virtually all sizes, configurations, materials, and finishes.
