ND Microspheres TA Series products feature dual microencapsulation – resin capsules and activator capsules combined in a binder solution. The force of thread engagement crushes the microscopic capsules, mixing the reactant components, and initiating a chemical reaction which locks the parts together. ND Microspheres TA Series products offer consistent and predictable torque values and require no heat or primers for curing.

Quick Overview

ND Microspheres TA Series threadlocking products are dual microencapsulated, room temperature curing adhesives that can be applied to male or female threaded fasteners of virtually all sizes, configurations, materials and finishes. Dual microencapsulation results in a product which is less susceptible to environmental conditions. Pre-Applied to fasteners, ND Microspheres TA arrives dry to the touch and ready for assembly.
